The most popular download on this site is far and away, the APG2 software utility. However, many still would rather not learn the workflow and would rather just download Print-Ready STL Files. So, I designed these.

I designed these to fit the DESS Straight Ti Bases. They have Tibases for most implant connections and they are very affordable. And, they come pre-sandblasted. The cost of printing one of these healers is less than $1 including the supports that represent wasted resin. Just use a little flowable composite to cement then; no bonding agent or other treatment necessary. When it comes time to restore, you can even use the Tibase for the final restoration by cutting a slot in the composite and fracturing it in half.

I like to have the anterior Healers have a bowl emergence, but the posrterior often need a deep bowl. The deep bowl is a more immediate emergence from the margin of the tibase.

I like to polish these with good ole Pumice on a rag wheel. That's one piece of tradition lab equipment I think every office can use.
